My Favorite Books

The books listed below come recommended to you because I found them to be useful and informative to me and most others I have shared them with. Please be mindful that what works for some may not work for others and that you should choose your books based on what you’re currently working on, interested in, or wanting to (and able to) address in your life. I hope you find them as helpful as I have.

I’ve included a link to the book on Amazon to make it easier for you. Just click on the book and it will take you right there. Enjoy!

This workbook is GREAT! It has 21 chapters full of information and demonstrations on everything from body awareness to time management to nutrition and exercise. It’s easy to follow and easy to understand.

I found this book to very helpful in learning how to grieve the loss of a parent.

This is a great book to read if you want to understand your marriage/relationship better. It’s easy to follow and kept me engaged throughout.

A pretty funny, down to earth, book on the “reality” of motherhood.
